ACT Fire & Rescue responded to a small fire on the twelfth floor of a construction site on Cooyong Street, Civic.
Upon arrival firefighters quickly extinguished the fire and conducted a search of the site.
The construction site was unoccupied and firefighters have since departed the scene.
