Pialligo Avenue is closed in both directions between Sherger Avenue and Oaks Estate Road following a crash involving two vehicles.
ACT Fire & Rescue and ACT Ambulance Service are currently on scene.
Firefighters have extricated a female from one vehicle. ACT Ambulance Service Paramedics transported the women to the Canberra Hospital in a stable condition.
A male patient from a second vehicle has been transported to the Canberra Hospital by NSW Ambulance.
ACT Policing are on scene managing traffic and advised the community to avoid the area if possible.
