ACT firefighters are continuing to monitor the rubbish fire.
The Environment Protection Authority and WorkCover do not want the pile pulled apart so fire crews are putting water and foam on it.
There is no fire truck on site but crews are regularly driving by the area and checking the pile using thermal cameras.
