ACT Fire & Rescue and the ACT Ambulance Service are currently on scene at the construction site of a residential house on Wallangara Street, O'Malley.
Fire crews and ACT Ambulance Service intensive care paramedics are on the second floor of the house assessing a male, aged in his 20's, with a back injury.
Two fire pumpers are on scene with the ACT Fire & Rescue Bronto Skylift Hydraulic Platform also on route.
