Update ten - Storm causes flooding and damage

TAMS has reopened the Oaks Estate low-level crossing this morning.

The ACT State Emergency Service (ACTSES) asks people who have reported damage through 132 500 to be patient as they work through the jobs.

Crews from the ACTSES, ACT Fire & Rescue, ACTRFS and TAMS are responding to call outs as quickly as possible.

Calls have been prioritised based on the level of damage and risk to the community.

The ACTSES expects more calls to come in through today and tomorrow as people return home from long weekend trips away.
