Update - Mulch Fire, West Belconnen

ACT Fire & Rescue and ACT Rural Fire Service crews have managed to extinguish the mulch fire.

Smoke is clearing but north side residents may still smell traces of smoke this morning.

Crews will soon depart the scene.
