ACT Fire & Rescue, supported by ACT Ambulance Service and ACT Policing are in attendance at a structure fire on Paul Coe Crescent, Ngnunnawal.
Firefighters arrived on scene to a small unit well alight. Crews have worked to knock down the main fire and are working to extinguish remaining hotspots.
Significant damage has been sustained to the structural integrited of the unit. Firefighters have evacuated residents in the surrounding units as a precaution.
Paul Coe Crescent is currently closed. The community is being asked to avoid the area.
