Services on Scene - Northbourne Avenue, Canberra City

Emergency services are investigating an automatic fire alarm activation on Northbourne Avenue, at the intersection of Alinga Street.

 

ACT Fire & Rescue, and ACT Policing are in attendance.

 

The building has been evacuated, and the cause of the alarm is being investigated. 

 

One lane of Northbourne Avenue is closed in the southbound direction.

 

The community is asked to avoid the area, and follow the directions of onsite emergency services
