There's been a motor vehicle incident at the intersection of Drakeford Drive and Athllon Drive.
Traffic is being very heavily impacted with Drakeford Dve lanes closed northbound and some westbound lanes closed on Athllon Dve.
Emergency services are in attendance.
The community is asked to avoid the area and use an alternative route.
