A warning remains in place for the ACT and surrounding region.
The ACT SES have received 105 Requests For Assistance from across Canberra. Crews from ACT SES, ACT Fire and Rescue and Transport Canberra and City Services are continuing to respond.
The majority of requests have been for trees down, minor flooding and leaking roofs.
If safe to do so residents can check their yard for any fallen trees or other damage, and if required log a request for assistance to 132 500.
ACT SES urges people to:
- Keep away from trees and fallen powerlines
- Do not walk, ride or drive through water
- Turn headlights on when driving and drive to the conditions
