Shortly after 11pm, Firefighters responded to an Automatic Fire Alarm and arrived to find a small fire on the first floor.
The fire was quickly contained to a service room and extinguished.
One lane south of Antill Street is temporarily closed.
The cause of the fire is believed to be a malfunctioning battery pack.
One security staffer was evacuated from the building. No injuries have been reported.
