The ACT Rural Fire Service and ACT Fire & Rescue is working to extinguish a bushfire burning at the intersection of East West Road and Brindabella Road, Coree.

The Bushfire Alert and Warning Level for this fire has been set at ADVICE.

There are 12 units on scene.

The fire is located west of Uriarra Village.

The fire is approximately 100m x 50m in size and is under control.

The fire is burning at a slow rate and is not spreading.
