An injured teen who fell from his pushbike has been found and transported to The Canberra Hospital.
The patient was transported in a serious but stable condition with injuries to his face and head.
The SouthCare Rescue Helicopter responded to the young male who was found in a remote location that could not be accessed by road.
Emergency services were notified of the incident after the patient's friend called Triple Zero (000).
The pair were riding their bikes on the Centenary Trail near the Kambah Pools.
