Grass fire extinguished in Belconnen

Firefighters have extinguished a grass fire sparked by a power pole on Belconnen Way near Caswell Drive in Bruce.

The fire was 20m by 10m in size.

One ACT Fire & Rescue crew attended the incident along with one ACT Rural Fire Service unit.

A number of Emergency Triple Zero (000) calls were received. First call was at 2:40pm.
