Fire forces evacuation in Woden

Fire has forced the evacuation of an apartment building tonight in Woden.

ACT Fire & Rescue was alerted to the incident in Eldridge Crescent at Garran just before 11 o'clock.

Fire crews arrived a short time later to find a vehicle alight in a carport under the building.
