ACT Ambulance Service (ACTAS) intensive care paramedics have taken two patients to hospital this morning following a two car collision on Kingsford Smith Drive, Melba.
ACT Fire & Rescue used hydraulic rescue tools to free a female patient from one of the vehicles and as a precaution placed her on a spine board to remove her from the vehicle.
The female patient was taken to the Canberra Hospital with lower back pain.
The ACTAS also took another patient from the other vehicle to Calvary Hospital with minor injuries.
