ACT helps fight NSW fire

The ACT Rural Fire Service has been asked to assist the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service with a small bushfire burning near the Territory.

The fire is located approximately four kilometres northwest of Urirarra in NSW.

The ACTRFS has three units and a bushfire fighting helicopter deployed to the incident.

Residents of Uriarra will notice a number of aircraft movements and potentially smoke from the fire.
