Update seven - 504 calls to ACTSES for help

The ACT State Emergency Service (ACTSES) has now received 504 requests for assistance following today's storm event.

Crews were stood down at 11:30pm.

Volunteer units will continue to work through the call list from 8am tomorrow, with 165 jobs outstanding.

Tuggeranong saw the most storm activity but other suburbs around Canberra also reported major flooding and roof damage.

The ACTSES is also urging drivers to continue to exercise caution on the Territory's roads tomorrow due to any fallen branches or debris.
