ACT Fire & Rescue are currently on scene at Eckley and Swain Streets, Gungahlin following a burst water main.
Water has sprayed approximately 25 metres into the air and has impacted on four units with water damage to the upper level and significant damage on the ground floor.
12 residents have been evacuated from the two level units.
ACT Fire & Rescue crews are isolating utilities including power and gas and making the area safe whilst maintenance crews rectify the issue.
