Gas was released from a fire suppression system and is non-toxic.
No sign of fire.
Two fire pumpers, the Breathing Apparatus Unit and Hazardous Materials Van on scene.
Cause appears to be a mechanical fault and crews aim to depart scene at approx 8:40pm.
ACT Ambulance Service intensive care paramedics have treated a woman aged in her 40's for minor eye irritation and did not require transport to hospital.
