Uses

ACT Ambulance Services – ACT Emergency Services Agency of the Justice and Community Safety Directorate, ACT Health and Shared Services Finance of the Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate, may disclose your personal information to each other for the purposes of invoicing you for goods and services that you have received, and the recovery of any outstanding monies owed by you to the Territory in relation to the provision of these goods and services.  Only relevant personal information, which may include details such as name , address, date of birth, phone number, or ABN number (where relevant) will be shared by these ACT entities in recognition that efficient sharing of data between these ACT entities can facilitate better services.  The directorate may not provide your requested goods or services if you do not agree to this collection and disclosure.

The ESA will only use your personal information for the purposes for which you gave it to us.

The ESA does not share information about you with other government agencies or other organisations, such as financial institutions, contractors or service providers, without your permission unless it:

  • is necessary to provide you with a service that you have requested;
  • is required or authorised by law;
  • is reasonably necessary for law enforcement in certain situations and for the protection of public revenue; or
  • will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody’s health.

Cookies

The ESA uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses cookies and JavaScript code to collect non personal information about usage of this website. The ESA analyses this data to improve our services.

Google will not collect personal information about you.
