ACT Fire & Rescue investigating automatic fire alarm in Dickson building

ACT Fire & Rescue (ACTF&R) have responded to an automatic fire alarm at a building in Dickson.

Crews were alerted to the incident just after 2:39pm on the corner of Northbourne Avenue and Antill St

Firefighters arrived to find visible signs of smoke but the cause has yet to be determined.

ACTF&R have evacuated approximately 200 people from the building.

Two Pumpers are on scene with Breathing Apparatus support van, Commander and Hazmat Unit on route.
