Storm and Flood Assistance
Three people have been taken to hospital following a two car collision in Gowrie this afternoon.
ACT Ambulance Service (ACTAS) and ACT Fire & Rescue were called to Castleton Crescent in Gowrie at 5:25pm.
One child was extricated from the wreckage by firefighters using the jaws of life and stabilised on scene by intensive care paramedics before being transported by ACTAS to The Canberra Hospital with possible abdominal injuries.
One male teenager and one woman, were also transported to Canberra Hospital in a stable condition for assessment.
