Cyclist injured at Nicholls

A cyclist has been transported in a stable condition to the Canberra Hospital after an accident in Nicholls.

The ACT Ambulance Service was called to Barton Highway near the intersection of Curran Drive at around 10:30.

Intensive care paramedics stabilised the 51 year old man at the scene for head and facial injuries.
