Update - Firefighters working to free woman trapped in car

Intensive care paramedics have transported the female driver to the Canberra Hospital in a stable condition.

The 23-year-old suffered multiple lacerations and leg injuries.

The driver of the other car, a 64-year-old man, was taken to the Canberra Hospital with minor injuries.

ACT Fire & Rescue has also left the scene,
