Storm and Flood Assistance
The Bureau of Meteorology has updated the storm warning for the ACT to include metropolitan areas.
The warning is current for the next several hours with likely damaging winds and large hailstones.
The ACTSES also urges the community to monitor conditions when storms are forecast via the ACT Emergency Services Agency (ESA) website esa.act.gov.au ESA Twitter and Facebook accounts, Canberra Connect Call Centre on 13 22 81 and the Bureau of Meteorology website http://www.bom.gov.au/act/ ESA Media 6207 8564.
