ADVICE - Grass fire extinguished in Parkwood Industrial Estate

ACT Fire & Rescue and the ACT Rural Fire Service have extinguished a grass fire burning at Parkwood road, Macgregor

The Bushfire Alert and Warning Level for this fire has been set at ADVICE.

ACT Fire & Rescue and the ACT Rural Fire Service has Six units on scene.

The fire is located in the old Parkwood road tip site in the Industrial Estate.

The fire was approximately 300metres x 300metres in size and is extinguished with crews now mopping up.

At the current fire danger level of low-moderate fires can be easily controlled.

There is little to no risk to life and property from this fire.
