12:00pm Friday 30 September 2011 – Welcome to the new ESA website

The Minister for Police and Emergency Services, Simon Corbell, today will join us at the ACT Emergency Services Agency (ESA) headquarters in Fairbairn to formally launch this new website.

This website has been created by the ESA to provide the ACT community with the latest emergency information, whether it be during a major event, a day to day incident or advice on being prepared.

This website also provides direct links to the ESA social media accounts in the top right hand corner of each page as well as offering direct feeds of emergency alerts and incident information.

This website also allows you to convert the text throughout the site into over 50 different languages via the translation tool in the bottom right hand corner of this page.

The ESA hopes you enjoy using this new website and social media accounts and we welcome your comments via the feedback tab in the top right hand corner of the site.
