ACT Fire & Rescue have removed both doors of a vehicle to extricate a trapped elderly women.
ACT Ambulance Service are transporting the women to The Canberra Hospital with suspected chest injuries.
A second women aged approximately in her 20’s has also been transported to The Canberra Hospital with injury to her lower legs. Both patients transported in a stable condition.
ACT Fire & Rescue are preparing to extricate a women trapped in one of the vehicles.

ACT Fire & Rescue are currently responding to a motor vehicle accident, involving two cars at the intersection of Drakeford Drive and Isabella Drive, Bonython.

ACT Fire & Rescue have extinguished a residential fire in a two story residence on Owens Street, Lyneham.
The fire was extinguished at 16:30 this afternoon after ACT Emergency Services were alerted to the blaze via multiple Emergency Triple Zero (000) calls.
The fire is believed to have started on the lower floor. Smoke damage has been received to the upper floor of the residence. The damage bill is estimated to be in excess of $100 000.
One female patient has been transported to The Canberra Hospital by the ACT Ambulance Service with burns to 20% of her body and is being treated for smoke inhalation.
3 Fire pumpers, 1 Breathing Apparatus support vehicle, 1 Aerial support (Bronto) and 1 command vehicle responded to the incident.
Crews are still on scene conducting mop up operations and investigation into the cause of the fire has commenced.
The male patient has now been removed from the vehicle.
ACT Fire fighters removed the door of the wreck to extricate the confined male.
ACT Intensive Care Paramedics are currently transporting the man to The Canberra Hospital for further assessment. He is believed to have suffered injury to his lower limbs.
ACT Emergency Services have now departed the scene.
