The ACT Territory and Municipal Services Directorate (TAMS) will conduct a controlled burn tomorrow, Tuesday 27 March, 2012, weather permitting, in bushland adjacent to Bindubi Street, Aranda.

Eight people including five children have been taken to hospital following a two car accident at Wanniassa this afternoon.
The ACT Ambulance Service and ACT Fire & Rescue were called to the corner of Drakeford Drive and Tavner street just after 12:30pm.
Firefighters had to cut one patient out of each car who were both trapped by confinement.
Four intensive care ambulance crews treated and stabilised a total of eight patients on scene before transporting them all to The Canberra Hospital with minor injuries in stable conditions.
The patients ranged in aged from 5 to 50.
ACT Fire & Rescue has completed operations and are due to depart the scene shortly.
ACT Fire & Rescue has extinguished a fire in a clothes dryer in a hair dressing salon and day spa at Block B of the Acton heritage building, Diamant Hotel, Edinburgh Street, New Acton.
ACT Fire & Rescue has partially evacuated the area of approx 30 people as a precaution whilst crews carry out air monitoring and ventilation operations.
Crews notified following an Automatic Fire Alarm at 11.29am.
Two fire pumpers on scene with the Breathing Apparatus Van, the specialist Hazardous Materials Unit and a command vehicle.
Fire damage contained to the dryer only with some smoke damage and smoke logging to the remainder of the three storey building.
Approx 100 patrons were evacuated as a precaution.

Cause of fire was an electrical fault in roof space.
