Hundreds of people evacuated from a building on the corner of Narellan and Genge Street, Canberra City, following a small fire in a bar fridge.
Office staff used a fire extinguisher to put out the flames and quickly contacted their local fire station.
ACT Fire & Rescue arrived on scene shortly after 1.30pm and deemed the area to be safe. The building is now in the process of being reoccupied.
