Firefighters are working to free the male passenger of a light truck, following a two-vehicle crash on the Majura Parkway.
The ACT Ambulance Service and ACT Fire & Rescue were alerted to the incident at 11:12 am and arrived to find one person trapped in the passenger side of a light truck which had been involved in a crash with a grader.
The crash occurred in the northbound lanes of the Majura Parkway near the Tambreet Street exit.
The patient is being treated at the scene by intensive-care paramedics for suspected lower limb injuries and will be transported to The Canberra Hospital in a stable condition once freed from the wreckage.
