Update - House catches alight after lightning strike

Firefighters believe the lightning struck the gas main for the property which then sparked the fire.

Fire crews are working to extinguish the fire which has now fully engulfed the roof space of the property.

The Bronto aerial firefighting unit has now also been responded to the scene.
