Storm and Flood Assistance
The second ACT Taskforce sent to fight a bushfire north of Cooma is preparing to come home this morning.
The deployment worked overnight on the large fire located on Shannons Flat Road.
Arrangements are currently being made for further deployments from the ACT to the fire from tomorrow.
The ACT Emergency Services Agency is also assisting the NSW Rural Fire Service with a range of support staff for the incident including aerial firefighting coordination and mapping.
