21 calls for help following windy weather

ACT State Emergency Service (ACTSES) has received a total of 21 calls for help since Midday yesterday following the windy weather.

ACTSES and ACT Fire & Rescue worked overnight to complete jobs.

Minor damage reported.

Most jobs for damaged trees and branches.

The Bureau of Meteorology has cancelled the Severe Weather Warning for the ACT.

Residents who need assistance can call the ACTSES on 132-500.
